Month Day, Year
Welcome to the first annual Women's Research Engagement Network Summit. This event was first interdisciplinary research conference in the nation specifically focused on highlighting the achievements of undergraduate women. Our attendees joined us for a day of events focused on female empowerment, women in academia, and celebrating the achievements of women at Northeastern.
Any member of the Northeastern University community was invited to attend the WREN Summit, including students, faculty and staff. You did not be need to be involved in research to attend the WREN Summit, as the event engaged with topics relevant to women in all fields and disciplines. In particular, our events promoted discussions related to work/life balance and women in the workplace.
At the Summit, female-aligned undergraduate women presented their research findings during our poster session. To be eligible to present their research, they must have either been a member of the WREN Scholar or Fellow programs. To learn more and apply, explore our "Get Involved" page.
